from £350 - £1000 dependent on
season, and number of people.

reservations

Bookings can be made up to one year in advance. Bookings are seven days minimum stay. At some times of the year short breaks are available. Bookings run from 4pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday.

Pets welcome by prior arrangement. 25% non refundable deposit payable on booking. Cheque must be paid within 7 days to guarantee the house is still available. Balance paid 8 weeks in advance of the arrival date. please make cheques payable to Craigmoss highland homes.

cancellations

We will do our utmost to relet the house. Full charge is made if the cancellation is within 8 weeks of arrival (less any revenue from reletting).

The 20% booking deposit is non refundable.
No show is charged in full. All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us before any action can be made. We do recommend you take out travel insurance just in case you have to cancel through something unavoidable.

Check-out is by 10.00am on day of departure. An estimated arrival time is kindly requested for all reservations.
